Barre class is the perfect toning and muscle building workout combining yoga, dance conditioning, isometric movements and pilates utilizing the ballet barre. Barre is designed to strengthen and lengthen every muscle group in your body. The perfect class for both mena and women that builds endurance, stamina and flexibility.


BAR Balance & sculpt

A high-energy, low-impact format that incorporates continual and pulsing movements to increase the heart rate, build endurance, and strength for a maximum burn! Incorporates mat work and yoga poses, leaving you with a lengthened and toned physique. 



boot camp

An intense and exciting class that will get your heart pumping and your body in shape. Great for people that would like to jump-start their training or those who have found themselves plateauing. It includes push-ups, stair work, cardio and core training/toning.  


circuits in the city (outdoors when weather allows)

Explore downtown Minneapolis and mix it up while working your abs, glutes, legs, arms, and core in this fun, high-intensity circuit training class.  


cardio sculpt & spin

This high-energy class combines cardio intervals with the spin cycle and off-bike weight training circuits for both muscular strength and endurance. Continuous movement to great music keeps the heart rate up for a sweat drenched sculpting session.
