Yoga & Yoga sculpt

Yoga classes vary based on the personal style of each instructor, but you can expect a dynamic class designed to nurture your mind, body and spirit. Classes help build strength and increase flexibility with elements of breath, meditation, sun salutes, standing, seated poses, and inversions.  Yoga Sculpt focuses on doing body weight training combined with high-intensity yoga movements to build strength and tone. Classes have modifications for all levels of yoga enthusiasts – beginner through advanced – and everyone is welcome!


Energizing practice linking one yoga posture to the next in a flowing sequence. Strengthen your body and calm your mind through flowing movement and breath. 


This yoga is a slower paced class that holds postures longer for sustained results. It incorporates elements of both Yoga and Qi Gong. This style is similar to that os a "Yin" yoga class.
